Our restaurant is open for breakfast 7 days and dinner Tuesday - Saturday. All the food is certified organic, grown on the property or by local organic growers. We have been getting some fantastic reviews for our food too. We are proud to offer the full range of Rosnay certified organic wines and olives, cooper or squires ales and seasonal organic juices.
From 1st March 2012 - Our restaurant is open for breakfast daily. Organic dinners are served in the restaurant from Thursday to Saturday with an option of a two or three course table d'hôte menu. On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, we provide cabin service of our table d’hote restaurant menu. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings out side of main holidays. Due to family holidays and renovations the restaurant and bar will be closed between 15th January - 25th January 2012
You can book the complete retreat for up to 40 in-house guests for your special event: wedding, reunion, special birthday party, study group, team building or business function $5000.00 a night (2 night minimum)
Exclusive use of all the cabins and cottages and all the facilities and services of this beautiful and unique 2000 acre retreat. We have a flood lit tennis court, swimming pool, organic wines and ale a great restaurant plus 20 km of creeks, rivers and beautiful rain forest walks on your doorstep.
We have recently opened 50 km of 4WD drive tracks around the property accessing a 3km picnic area on our stretch of the pristine Dilgry River. These reopened mostly x logging tracks can be enjoyed only when the wind gusts are below 30knots and the tracks are completely dry. (At driver's risk) Guided 2 hour 4wd tours are available for $50 pp - 2 person minimum ask John - towel and swimmers recommended. Booking ConditionsA 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and 100% for one night bookings.
